It's been a  long time,we couldnt meet at this pages,But unfortunately everything getting harder and going worst for me and my country,I'm tired and just trying to stand!Also,I apologize because of my lack of commenting to your works!I'll try to see your works as much as I can, but It's hard to guess what will be happened next,even in the very near future!

Well,before the saying couple of words for the todays work;I want to thank you for your constractive and Kind comments to my previous works

OK...Today I'm here with a really dramatic topic of todays world!Problem of "The Child SOldiers " !I'm sorry to bother you in such a season,but there's a lot of pain and suffering in this world!Africa,middle East,some Asian countries....But that "Child Soldiers" matter an issue that upset me for a long time, as a really unforgivible and  dramatic,heart-wrenching "crime"!!Because of that ı want to draw attention to this very serious and unacceptable "crimes against humanity"!!If I'm upset to you with that render,please Forgive me,But I'm old,sick and tired enough for playing a stupid "polyanna game"!Mature people don't have any right to use innocent childs as a dead machines in their dirty wars!this is a horrible crime!As like all the other problems and unfair practices of our world,this great problem wait for the interest of the sensitive,good and equitable peoples!!

"The numbers of child soldiers are constantly fluctuating in accordance with the evolution of different armed conflicts. So it’s difficult to estimate how many child soldiers there are at any time, a difficulty compounded by the inherent secrecy of it all. Shady recruiters aren’t likely to divulge statistics, and wartime conditions make everything difficult, including statistics. Human Rights Watch estimates that 200,000 to 300,000 children are currently serving as soldiers for both rebel groups and government forces in armed conflicts. The best guess is that 100.000 of those fight in Africa. Soldiers under age 18 were reported in 21 armed conflicts in 2002-2007. The proportion of child soldiers in some armed groups was up to 70% ( source ). Most child soldiers are boys, but girls are a substantial minority. Many children in fact volunteer, because life as a soldier often looks better than the misery and poverty they try to leave behind.

11 FACT ABOUT THE CHILD SOLDIERS


1-Child soldiers are any children under the age of 18 who are recruited by a state or non-state armed group and used as fighters, cooks, suicide bombers, human shields, messengers, spies, or for sexual purposes.
2-In the last 13 years, the use of child soldiers has spread to almost every region of the world and to every armed conflict. Though an exact number is impossible to define, tens of thousands of child soldiers are illegally serving in armed conflict around the world, and the number is always increasing.
3-Some children are under the age of 10 when they are forced to serve.
4-Two-thirds of states confirm that under-18 enrollment should be banned to prohibit forced child soldiers, as well as 16- and 17-year-old armed force volunteers.
5-Children who are poor, displaced from their families, have limited access to education, or live in a combat zone are more likely to be forcibly recruited.
6-Children who are not forced to be soldiers volunteer themselves because they feel societal pressure and are under the impression that volunteering will provide a form of income, food, or security, and willingly join the group.
7-In the last 2 years, 20 states have been reported to have child soldiers in government, government-affiliated, and non-state armed groups. Additionally, 40 states still have minimum age recruitment requirements under 18 years.
8-Girls make up an estimated 10 to 30 percent of child soldiers used for fighting and other purposes. They are especially vulnerable when it comes to sexual violence.
9-The following countries have reported use of child soldiers since 2011: Afghanistan, Colombia, India, Iraq, Israel, Libya, Mali, Pakistan, Thailand, Sudan, Syria, Yemen, and more.
10-Despite a government agreement in the District of Chad to demobilize the recruitment of child soldiers, there were between 7,000 and 10,000 children under 18 serving in combat and fulfilling other purposes in 2007.
11-The recruitment of child soldiers breaks several human rights laws. While children who have committed crimes as soldiers are looked upon more leniently, those who perform crimes voluntarily — without drugs or forcible threats — are subject to justice under the protection of the international juvenile justice standards.
